Excellent location slopeside - easy walk to the village from the backdoor. Some of the reviews seem misplaced - this unit is not near a creek, nor the freeway, and another review dated during our stay mentions hummingbird feeders that are not there. The condition is very worn, but everything is functional. The pictures on the site are old when in better condition, in my opinion. It was good for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids, 1 infant), but I would maybe not love having a crawler here with how dingy the carpets are. Cleaners could pay a bit more attention to carpets. The price point aligns with the location and the space.
